Toyfold is provided by Furkan Erkorkmaz under the Nifu Games name. For gameplay, purchases, accessibility, privacy or account questions, email info@nifugames.com. We do not promise a fixed response time; privacy requests are handled within the periods required by applicable law.
Account and data deletion
Open Toyfold → Profile and choose the account deletion action. Follow the confirmation steps; a linked account may require you to sign in again. This removes the game account and associated data handled by the deletion workflow. It does not automatically erase Apple's independent purchase records or request a refund.
If you cannot access the app, email info@nifugames.com with the subject “Toyfold account deletion” and your player ID if known. We will verify the request proportionately. Do not send your password or Apple sign-in code. See retention and deletion details for records that may remain. Deleting the app from your device alone is not account deletion.

Report an advertisement
Use Profile → Privacy & support → Report an inappropriate ad where available. The app can include details of the last ad to help investigate. If reporting by email, include when the ad appeared, what was wrong, and an optional screenshot with private information removed. Do not follow a suspicious advertisement to gather more information.

Where can I get Toyfold?
Toyfold is preparing for its App Store release. A public download link will be added when it is available. Contact us for launch questions; sending an enquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter.
How do I recover my progress?
If you linked your game account with Sign in with Apple, use the same linked account. A guest account may not be recoverable after losing device data. If you are unsure, contact us before deleting or reinstalling the app.
How do I restore ad-removal?
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Coin packs are consumable and follow a different recovery process. Read purchase support.
How do I change analytics, ads or notifications?
Optional analytics and crash reporting are in Profile → Privacy & support. Ad privacy options appear where applicable. Tracking and notification permissions can also be managed in iOS Settings. See all privacy choices.
Does Toyfold work without an internet connection?
Some gameplay can run on your device, while cloud saving, account recovery, purchases, ad rewards and online services can require internet access. We do not promise that every feature works offline.
